EdU (5-ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine) is a main component of many cell proliferation assays, including Click-iT® EdU Alexa Fluor® Imaging Kits (Invitrogen), EdU Imaging, Flow Cytometry, and HTS Kit (Baseclick).
