Biotin-PEG3-Azide is non-cleavable, azide-activated biotinylation reagent that reacts with terminal alkynes via a copper-catalyzed click reaction to produce a stable triazole linkage. It also reacts with cyclo-octynes via a copper-free “click chemistry” reaction to form a stable triazole and does not require Cu-catalyst or elevated temperatures.
