    DBCO-C6-Acid is an analogue of DBCO-Acid with extended 6-carbon atom spacer arm. The extended spacer arm drastically improves solubility of this reagent in commonly used organic solvents such as dichloromethane, chloroform, THF, and ethyl acetate. In addition, the extended spacer arm significantly improves derivatisation efficiency and stability of conjugates.
