MB™543 Azide is an orange coloured fluorescent probe with absorption and emission maxima at 544 and 560 nm, respectively. The dye is based on a novel class of rhodamine dyes. Unlike traditional rhodamine dyes, MB™543 is not only bright and photo-stable but also highly water-soluble and pH-insensitive. MB™543 fluorescent dyes can be used in place of TAMRA, Alexa Fluor 546®, DyLight 546®, CF™543 and spectrally similar dyes.
