PC Agarose Alkyne

PC Agarose Alkyne is a 6% cross-linked agarose resin that is activated with terminal alkyne groups through a photo-cleavable linker. Once bio-molecules are covalently captured to the resin, beads can be washed with highest stringency virtually eliminating any non-specifically bound proteins. Irradiation with a hand-held UV-Vis lamp yields a highly enriched population of proteins. This product is adequate to work in batch or column purifications (Low Pressure).
