Protein Reaction Buffer Kit

Click Chemistry Protein Reaction Buffer Kit provides researchers who have proteins labelled with an azide or alkyne and the corresponding click detection reagent with all the necessary reagents to perform an efficient copper-catalysed click reaction.

The kit includes 5 specially formulated components to both catalyse and protect proteins during the click labelling reaction. Sufficient reagents are provided for 25 labelling reactions containing 50uL protein solution (1-5 mg/mL).
